How do I make a request?

We offer a ton of flexibility in how you request designs using a unified Trello project board. Here, you'll find our deliverables, as well as template for delivering a good brief to us and what else we require in return. Feel free to add videos, PDF documents, images, guidelines , source files, voice messages or whatever let's you express your vision for the request-it's fair game. We’ll work our way through them in your preferred order.

Are the requests really unlimited?

Yes! Once you have an active plan, you have the freedom to add as many design requests and revisions to your queue as you'd like until you are 100% satisfied with the result. Our team is here to take care of them one by one, delivering each with precision and dedication.

Upon approval of the current design, we seamlessly jump to the next request in the queue. This streamlined process ensures that your design needs are continuously met without any hassle.

What is the turnaround time?

For simpler requests, you can expect a speedy delivery within just 2-4 business days—sometimes even faster! Some tasks can be incredibly complex and will take longer, but we'll always communicate when you can expect to see progress. We prioritize efficiency without compromising on quality.

Yes, we offer website hosting and domain registration services to simplify the process of launching and maintaining your website.

What kind of work doesn't Turn Heads offer?

Our unlimited services are ultra-powerful, but there are certain creative projects that should be left to specialists or in-house teams. In the interest of productivity and commitment to quality, we do NOT support the following types of requests: 3D/CAD projects, programming, app develovement, or videography.

How many months will I need?

Project timelines vary based on each client's unique needs. For some, one month is sufficient while others benefit from a few additional months. However, many clients especially digital-first startups tend to opt for an ongoing partnership since establishing themselves in the market is an evolutionary process.

Is this a white label service?

All of our work is delivered under your own brand. Your clients will have no idea we're the ones making things happen. You can feel confident their experience remains personalized to your business.

How am I billed?

We bill monthly via credit card at the begging of each period.

Invoiced billing is available only for 6 to 12-month terms, but we do not extend payment terms. Payments are due in full at the beginning of the period.

Are there any refunds?
